60 Minute Tibetan Singing Bowl Treatment
This singing bowl energy session combines a gentle singing bowl massage performed on the back, arms, legs, and soles of the feet with a private sound bath.
You will lie comfortably on a massage table while remaining fully clothed. Light, comfortable clothing without zippers or buttons is recommended. During the session, you can rest, deeply relax, and may even fall asleep.
The soothing vibrations of the singing bowls can help release built-up stress and tension and guide you into a deeply relaxed, meditative state. As the vibrations may help release energetic blockages, they can sometimes bring emotional responses, unexpected insights, or even greater clarity around an issue that has been on your mind for a long time.
During the first part of the session, the singing bowls are played close to your body, within your auric field, to cleanse, balance, and energize your energy.
At this stage, the positive effects are experienced primarily on an emotional and energetic level.
The singing bowls are then gently placed on your back and slowly moved along your arms and legs. Their vibrations can be felt more directly throughout the body, creating a subtle and pleasant sensation similar to a gentle massage.
The session also includes a mini sound bath, during which the sounds and vibrations of several singing bowls support deeper relaxation and inner calm.
When planning your session, I always take your individual needs and preferences into consideration. Returning clients may also receive a fully personalized program based on their previous experiences and current needs.
Although the positive effects may be felt after just one session, regular treatments are recommended for longer-lasting results—ideally every two weeks, or at least once a month.
